    Legal Waiver for Entry: In consideration of my entry, I, my executors, administrators and assignees waive and release Fun Run 4 Kids on the date of May 21, 2011, and all sponsors and others directly or indirectly involved in the event from all rights, claims, liabilities, damages, pain and illness suffered by me while participating in the race. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have trained to participate in this event. I understand that all registration fees are non-refundable. I hereby grant full permission to use any photography, videotapes, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
